Please fill in the specification sheet hereunder to give us ample details on the boat you wish to sell.
Additionally, please do send us as well:

Copy of the boat’s registration as well as ownership papers (old Bill of Sales).
A very complete inventory list.
A lay-out of your boat.
A survey report if existing, even if old dated.
Photographs of interior and exterior, hard copies and digital.

Please find here the Brokerage Agreement which allows TUKANYACHTS to broker your boat for you.
Please fill in the form and return CLICKING THE SEND BUTTOM + SEND A COPY SIGNED COPY by fax and mail.

This way we will begin work for you inmediately.

WE WILL SEND YOU AN E-MAIL WITH CONFIRMATION,
AND THEN PRINT AND SEND US THE FORM Nº 1 BY FAX (SIGNED)

Agreement for Brokerage Services

This agreement is made between TUKANYACHTS (Mr. Patrick Diez), acting as agents and brokers, and

The brokers, TUKANYACHTS (Mr. Patrick Diez) (hereafter known as TUKANYACHTS) shall endeavor through advertising, promotion or personal contact, to locate a buyer and secure a sale of the above mentioned vessel, on behalf of the owner of the vessel.

TUKANYACHTS reserves the right to introduce prospective buyers to the owner at any stage of the negotiations, as it sees fit.

Introducing a prospective buyer to the owner for the purposes of this agreement shall be defined as the supply of name, telephone number, or fax number of the buyer whether verbally or in writing to the owner or his/her representative.

In the event of such an introduction:

TUKANYACHTS shall act as broker between the parties to agree a sale price that is satisfactory to both parties in sum and form of payment.

In the event of an agreed sale the following conditions shall be applied and this document shall be binding under TUKANYACHTS law.

1) TUKANYACHTS shall be entitled to 10% of the agreed price to be paid in full at the signing of contracts between owner and purchaser.

2) In the event of barter being part of the final agreement between parties the full cash value of the exchange shall be agreed to by all parties in settlement of moneys due to TUKANYACHTS.

3) TUKANYACHTS accepts no responsibility for any claim of performance, condition, age or value for the vessel as seen by the purchaser and all information given is for the prospective purchaser to verify by independent means.

4) This agreement is
